- For ready-made tote bags,with standard designs typically take 15 business days to complete. This includes printing your design and getting your bag ready for shipping.
- If you desire a 100% custom bag with your own size and requirements, the lead time will be 4-5 weeks due to the additional design and production time involved.
A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance before delivery.
Unfortunately, once a tote bag has been printed with your chosen design, returns are not accepted. This is because each bag is custom-made to your specifications and cannot be resold to another customer.
